Published in December 2018, this local history book is about the Methodist Church in San Diego, California from 1869 to 2019. The book covers the different locations where the church
has worshipped since 1869 and features many vintage photos of downtown San Diego and examples of architecture that are no longer around.

In March 2018, I wrote a post for the Bike Bandit Guest Blogger Series.
The piece, "Adventure Book for Exploring Southern California", was inspired by our motorcycle trips on my husband's Harley-Davidson and the adventure book I created for our 10th wedding anniversary in October 2017.
Publications
Growing up, I didn't view myself as a writer. When I started my travel blog in 2015, I realized I have the "writing bug" and am working to improve with every piece I write. In one of my digital journalism classes, my writing was compared to the types of pieces one reads in Sunset magazine or sees on TV like the well-loved "On The Road" segments by Charles Kuralt on CBS.
My first book, Images of America: First United Methodist Church of San Diego, was published by Arcadia Publishing.
